Ideally book early to avoid disappointment and if you are travelling with babies or young children please let us know at the time of the booking as we have baby and booster seats that are required by law for them to have their own secured seat.
Once you have made your booking we will confirm the details by email. Please contact us if you haven't received this confirmation within 24 hours!
Payments can be made by bank transfer, Visa or MasterCard at the time of booking: a card number with expiry date and 3 figure code is required for payment.
For security reasons please call us directly with your
card details.
We will meet you at the Swiss/International arrivals gate in the airport and will have a board with 'AFC' written on it. Please note that all European and most international flights exit at the Swiss/international arrivals gate.
If your flight is delayed we will wait for you. If it's convenient, please contact us beforehand to make sure we will be there to meet your rescheduled flight.
